Creamline Milk
Our milk is pasteurized but not homogenized so the cream floats to the top. The "Dom Perignon" of dairy according to the New York Times.
Chocolate Milk
The only chocolate milk rated "Excellent". The New York Times.
Chocolate Low Fat
Rich full flavored, you won't know its low fat.
Coffee Milk
Like melted coffee ice cream.
Lowfat Milk
1% milk with a full-bodied flavor. Some say 'rich as whole milk'.

Skim milk with the full-bodied flavor of a lowfat milk.

Heavy Cream
40% cream with flavor like cream bottled by small European dairies. Pure and rich cream ... you can really taste the difference. Not ultra-pasteurized.

You can get our drinkable yogurt plain or in four fruit flavors-Peach, Strawberry, Blackberry or Mango. Our drinkable yogurt is made with whole milk and eight live cultures (including buttermilk) and the freshest fruit we can find. We do not use stabilizers, emulsifiers or modified food starches of any kind. Simply an all-natural snack, protein drink or a healthy meal in a bottle. All natural. A true delight. Of the eight live cultures we use, four of them are buttermilk cultures. We have been told that itÕs the buttermilk that makes the difference.

Creamline Yogurt (flavored)
Like our plain yogurt, our flavored yogurts are made with whole milk and live cultures. Flavors include coconut, peach, strawberry, vanilla and maple vanilla. Flavors are made with the freshest fruits we can find and with pure vanilla extract and 100% natural maple syrup.
Nonfat Plain Yogurt
Made with skim milk and live cultures, period. No thickeners or additives. In addition to plain, our nonfat line also includes vanilla and maple vanilla.

Old Fashioned ice cream made on the farm with milk and cream from our own cows. Rich and creamy, our ice cream is 16% butterfat made with the finest hand selected seasonal ingredients.

Yogurt Cheese
Made from plain or nonfat plain yogurt. A wonderfully smooth strained yogurt with more calcium than any other dairy product. A low fat alternative to cream cheese available in four fruit flavors.
Fromage Blanc
Made from skim milk this is a small curd fresh cheese. Slightly tangy, a low fat substitute for ricotta. Great plain or flavored as a spread or a dip.

Creme Fraiche
Made from 40% cream, slightly tangy, slightly nutty thickened cream Use in place of sour cream, or whip like cream.
Farmer's Cheese
Made from whole milk, a delicate spreadable farm fresh cultured cheese. Flavored with fresh dill, jalapeno, wasabi, pepper chives or lemon pepper.
